Job Overview

Working in the Strategy team reporting to the Agency Account Director, you will be working across all SCOOM disciplines from managing and outreach campaign for bloggers to adding SEO tweaks to a blog post. This is a junior position. The work is varied giving you a grounding in all Digital Marketing Agency skills and ways of working.

Mon – Friday 10.00am – 6.30pm in the centre of Lviv working in a vibrant co-working space with many other digital companies. Salary depending on experience/ability.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

Day to day – Adding pages, blogs, images to editing sites.
Managing all “On-site” needs within the Ontop team so publishing videos to YouTube. Posting blogs to Medium, formatting 100 images for Instagram and then for blog posts.
Set Tasks – Building web sites from zero in WordPress using Elementor and Jupiter X theme.
Creating new sections for an existing site, design changes etc.
Creating design guidelines for new clients that will be used by the internal OnTop account teams.

Job Requirments

Intermediate to advanced knowledge of WordPress.
WordPress font end content creation experience along with page layout design understanding, Photoshop editing is essential.
Main skill needed is to create font end content in WordPress quickly for our clients that look great.
You must be detail-oriented and able to work on multiple projects while managing tight deadlines.
Excellent attention to detail is essential.
Outstanding ability to think creatively, identify and resolve problems.
Willing to move to Elemetor and Jupiter themes. ll our sites are built in this format on WordPress.
SEO knowledge/familiarity.
Great time management skills and a friendly attitude, which means you can easily help your team members resolve technical issues along the way.
